Privacy policy

What we collect
- Newsletter signups: the email address you enter, used only to send FLYAHS event updates. Unsubscribe or ask us to delete it at any time.
- Flyer submissions and promoter accounts: the event details and contact email you send, used to list your event and to sign you in. Your email is never shown on the site.
- Page view counts: each event page records an anonymous view (which event, and its promoter) so promoters can see how their listing does. No name, email or IP address is stored with it.
- Tickets: payments are handled by Stripe. FLYAHS never sees or stores your card number.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, rough location, device). It uses cookies. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
Advertising (Google AdSense)
flyahs.com shows ads served by Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies lets it and its partners serve ads based on your visits to flyahs.com and other sites.
You can turn off personalized ads in Google Ads Settings, or opt out of many third-party vendors at aboutads.info. Learn more in how Google uses data from partner sites. Visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland are asked for consent before personalized ads are shown.
What we don't do
We don't sell your personal information, and we only share it with the services above (Google, Stripe, and our database host) to run the site.
Children
FLYAHS is for adults; many listed events are 21+. We don't knowingly collect data from children under 13.
